JOB DESCRIPTION » To plan, organise, coordinate and manage the warehouse operation in order to ensure the right products are delivered to the right location on time.
» Monitoring warehouse efficiently and effectively, ensuring process control of inventory movement adhered according to establish process.
» Supervise all warehouse operational issues, which include store housekeeping, store administrative tasks and physical material storage.
» Ensure inventory accuracy, ensure the data is tally all the time with physical material storage.
» Plan and conduct stock check quarterly.
» Plan for the efficient use of equipment and personnel in the warehouse by improving work methods.
» Continous improvement activities and monitoring of result are carried out with strong drive to achieve the target set.
» Performing data entry and filling documentation.
» Maintain 5s, good housekeeping and discipline, foster a conducive and effective working environment.
» To ensure compliance to the company's ISO9001 Standards and Quality Management System at all times.
» Perform other tasks as and when assigned or requested.
» Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
» Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
» At least 3 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
» Required Skill(s): inventory management, leadership abilities, problem solving
» Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
