Product drawing review and provide DFM input
Define production process flow and tooling list
Engineering evaluation (Customer & Internal)
Lead and publish process FMEA
Perform Failure Analysis and provide corrective action
Process / Yield monitoring and Improvement
Lead the FA audit / new program process audit to meet customer requirement
Liaise with group of companies and customer about new program transfer
Job requirement :
Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Engineering (E&E) or equivalent
Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
Technically competent and knowledgeable on ISO 9001, GR&R , SPC, QC 7 tools, geometry, product process and clean room knowledge
Good Analytical skill
Good leadership and communication
Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
