JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description :
» Ensure ISO, safety standards and HR practice are adhered to.
»Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
» Responsible for the management and day to day smooth running of everyday operations, ensure efficient service that meet the expectations and needs of customers.
» Monitors production schedule, inventory and budget.
» Manage all general planning issues.
» Set schedule for job and flow of requisite materials.
» Identify potential issues and recommend action for prompt and effective resolution to ensure quantity and quality of products, optimum efficiency and utilization of resources, maximum customer satisfaction and achieve fixed / variable cost control.
» Communicates with other department managers, managers, and colleagues.
» Oversight of inventory, purchasing and supplies is central to the job. Human resource tasks include determining needs, request of hiring employees, superviseing assignment of employees and planning staff development.
» Using established measures, monitor department(s) performance against standards and advise plant deviations from objectives and effectively recommend and take corrective action.
Job Requirements :
» Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
» Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
» At least 5 Year(s) of working practice in the Printing and Electronic Industry is required for this position.
» Preferably Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
» Required Skill(s): HR background
