JOB DESCRIPTION Job Job responsibilities: » Managing people (subordinates) to work in an effective way » Managing your subordinates’ monthly schedule » Verify the goods receipt’s documents from vendors to ensure that the received products are correct and all documents are submitted. » Verify and count the products for the complete delivery and creating the procedures to prevent and solve the mistakes that might happen during the process. » Randomly check for the accuracy and operational standard of the checkers » Ensuring the cleanliness or orderliness of the goods receiving’s area » Verify the products’ transfered or received from Distribution Centre and other stores accurately for both the quantities and qualities of the products. » Verify the claims / requisition of the coordination to always be standardized. » Verify the pending orders in the In-transit report. » Verify and control the accuracy of the Blocked Stock’s documents. » Verify the change / return / repair of the products accurately for the orders/ the products and the quantities. Coordinating and following-up the significant sections for the tasks. » Verifying for the Batch Lot’s adjustments and the stock transfers within the Store. » To ensure that all Back Stock’s areas to be clean and tidy. » Administer for the accuracy of the products’ locations at the Back Stock. » Control and verify for the demolition-awaited products. » Control and verify the staffs’ operations and, also, give suggestions and help them to deal with all kinds of problems. » Summarize and generate all everyday / weekly / monthly reports to submit to the manager. » Operate other tasks following the command from the manager. Candidate's Requirements: » Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. » At least 3 year(s) of working practice in the receiving area. » Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. » Able to work in shift, public holiday and long hours. » Full-Time position(s) available.
