JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description :
» Perform general administrative tasks for ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 & dealing with Chemicals appliance
» Maintaining ISO reports and controlled document
» Acts as quality representative to external customers, provides technical liaison with customers, and supports customer audits and site visits.
» Reporting and others everyday operations
» Perform any other related tasks assigned by the management
» Serve as a key customer account quality liaison to ensure timely resolution of customer quality issues. Monitor, collect and analyze internal and Customer data to establish Quality performance trends, define actions to address these and dive these actions to closure.
» Manage customers' requirement and expectation, increase customer satisfaction.
» Provide mentoring and guidance to the QA/QC team. Validates quality process by establishing product specification and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures. Job Requirements :
» Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
» Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
» At least 5 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
» Required Skill(s): Possess background on chemical handling at education level , strong analytical expertise and excellent quality tools & expertise, Good interpersonal expertise and capability to communicate effectively at all levels.
» capability of leading and organizing internal teams to manage customer's requirements and expectation and as well as collaborating with internal teams in pursuing quality improvements.
» Preferably Manager specialized in Quality Control/Assurance with expertise of handling chemical.
