JOB DESCRIPTION Head of Legal function for one of Malaysia's most renown property development company.
Your new company
The company is a prominent industry player and renown multi award-winning name in property development with multitudes of landmark projects.
Your new function
In your new function you will be tasked with efficiently managing the organization's legal department by handling the corporate and legal matters, while leading risk management for the organization. You will also be tasked with providing legal advice to support the business growth. You will be drafting, reviewing and negotiating contractual terms and agreements. You will also be responsible in handling IP related matters and managing litigation matters. The function will be located full time in Melaka.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates must have 7-10 years working practice in Corporate Law, handling, contract negotiations and corporate legal work, preferably from property development and construction industry. If you not located in Melaka, you should be willing to relocate.
