» Process expenses payments and banking matter on timely manner
» Verify supplier credit notes and statement of account received
» Monitor staff attendance and leave records
» Support the overall administrative work and ensure smooth running of everyday operation in office including office maintance, license, letters, preparation of quotation, sales report, void bill, stock variance adjustment, dealing with vendor on POS matter, memorandum, letters and etc
» Manage full set of accounts including collections checking
» Prepare incentive list and incentive claims processing
» Other ad-hoc task assigned by superior or management
» 5 working days
Job Requirements
» Candidate must possess at least LCCI certificate, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
» Positive working attitude, proactive, self-discipline and able to multi-tasking.
» Computer literate, able to handle computerised system
» Fresh graduates are encouranged to apply
