Job Responsibility
Manage the office include the human resources & clerical task.
Tasks include –
Do the filing and clerical task
Follow up existing client for renewal & referral
Manage minute meeting
Prepare the production report every months
Do the marketing for the company
Job Requirements
Candidate must prossess at least Diploma in any fields
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
Have skills to use basic computer etc Microsoft words & excel.
