To perform Civil Engineering works in hospital which include maintenance, trouble shooting and repairing activities in Hospital Building, Roads and Carpark, Ground and Landscape, Fences and Gates ,Drainage System, Sewerage System, Water Supply System, Furniture, Kitchen Equipment, Sanitary Fittings, Signage and other related civil works. As a first line respondent to any complaints, request lodged by Hospital personnel. Repair, Fitting door, cabinetry, framing, furniture and related carpenter works. Build cabinets, vanities, tub and shower surrounds and other projects based on demand. Frame room additions as needed for client. Install cabinets, counters and molding. Perform work which can include: maintenance, repair, modification, installation and construction of doors, tables, chairs, cabinet, kitchen room, office room in hospital. Perform work which can include: maintenance, repair, modification, installation and construction on one of the following activities: Carpet and tile; Filters; Glass; Locks; Masonry; Plasterer-painter; Roofing and shades and blinds. Furniture and door repairing. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications and drawings to determine job requirements. Daily routine inspection on the hospital building, office room, chairs and tables and other related to carpenter activities. To ensure Civil Engineering work in Hospital is maintained effectively and comply with all statutory requirement. To carryout work based on work orders and ensuring that all the work is done according to procedures and completed less than seven days according to Concession Agreement. Carryout Hospital Building Facilitation of works and projects. Carryout Hospital Building Maintenance works or reimbursable work. To assist your superior in carry out PPM on all the Civil Engineering Works based on the schedule stated in HSIP and HEPPM. Assisting your superior in monitoring, repairing, troubleshooting Civil Engineering work in Hospital. To ensure the housekeeping, safety, health and environment aspects in the workshop or store room are strictly followed as per Company’s policies and procedures. Highlight any irregularities, customers’ grievances, complaints and dissatisfaction; providing feedback to management. Responsible to build good rapport with the customers and enhance Company’s image by providing high quality services to them from time to time. To adhere and observe all the government laws and regulations, IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 55001, OHSAS 18001 standards), Quality Assurance Program and Company’s rules and regulations. To ensure actions and decisions are always guided by the Company’s mission and key corporate values. Any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.
