JOB DESCRIPTION In your new function you will: » Be in a global middleware service operation team, responsible for 2nd to 3rd level system operation and maintenance of mission critical manufacturing workflow systems (WFS) for production sites in Europe and Asia. » Execute incident management (detection, troubleshooting, response, recovery) according to SLA, problem management (root cause investigation, avoidance), event management (monitoring and alert) for global WFS systems. » Be responsible for availcapability, reliable operation and fast recovery of global WFS services via 24x7 rotational on-call support. » Support product testing , perform pre-production tests and production release and deployment of WFS. » Perform WFS system setup, upgrades, maintenance together with Information technology and WFS clients (users), via operational or project tasks. »
