JOB DESCRIPTION Job Job responsibilities:
» Controlling and administering the delivery queues and the truck’s driving routes to deliver the products promptly with complete quantity of the delivery product
» Controlling the confirmation calls for the delivery with the customes
» Verifying and controlling the delivery to be on time with complete delivery product’s quantity.
» Verifying the billing’s receipt in conformity with to the control book for the Vendor’s delivery and confirming for accuracy and completeness.
» Verifying all reports that significant to the tasks
» Controlling the follow-up for the products to be completed before deliver to the customers
» Controlling the expense for the delivery to be under the provided budget.
» Verifying the queue’s reservation via the Web Queue program and closing jobs when the delivery was completed.
» Managing the Delivery Service’s area and the products to be convenient for the verification and cleaning.
» Controlling and verifying the staffs’ operation and advising the staffs for helps and solutions when problems occur
» Summarizing and generating all kinds of the everyday / weekly / monthly reports to submit to the manager.
Candiate's Requirements:
» Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
» At least 3 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
» Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
» Able to work in shift, public holiday ang long hours
» Full-Time position(s) available.
