In your new role you will:
Drive and execute cost improvement project related to - leadframe for alternative source material project/supplier risk management/FoV activities
Perform and evaluate innovation idea/risk assessment/engineering study/material characterization
Technical support for production if any material issues arise
Create and updated material purchase specification when required
Interphase to material supplier for technical issues/discussion
Performs 5S at all time, including at shopfloor, office and within the whole company
Your profileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:
Minimum 2-3 years working related semiconductor field (preferred leadframe knowledge)
Good aptitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solution finding, working experience on analytical methodology, eg 8D, DOE, SPC, FMEA, etc is preferred
Knowledge of Project Management methodology and Change Management tool
Knowledge of material characterization and analysis methods - XPS, ToFSIM, FTIR, TGA
Knowledge of internal package analysis methods - C-SAM, SEM/EDX, X-ray, Pull & Shear testing
Knowledge of material interaction between package components and reliability requirements
Good communication skill and able to work independently.
