Job description
In your new role you will:
Provide and keep up-to-date HR Learning Services Data Reports and Statistics to internal and external parties.
Perform routine training administrative tasks to ensure HR training processes are completed accurately, and on time, and in accordance with established HR business processes.
Validate data from time to time and ensure data is entered in the appropriate HR Learning Management Systems in an effective and accurate manner.
Responsible for annual training calendar, training landscape, matrix, catalogue, ad-hoc training requests
Incharge in Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) administration task.
Assists in audit management, supply training information as required.
Manages the bookings and arrangement of training facilities, hotel accommodation and transportation for trainers
Provides first level support to employees on HR Service Centre training services related topics and escalate to subject matter.
Work with internal and external training providers to ensure training programs delivered are of high quality and that it meets training needs for Infineon (including internal trainers)
Support Ad-hoc projects as assigned according to business need.
Your profileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:
Are graduate from Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources.
Fresh graduate with good academic result is welcome to apply.
Experience in learning and development will be an added advantage.
Able to learn New Skills quickly
Have good problem solving skills
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint.
Possesses Good and Hands-on Knowledge and Skills in HR Learning systems (SAP, Success Factor)
Have experience in usage of training materials, videos and other resources and is mindful of copy and licensing rights
