Monitor 10 Service Technician (SPM)
Able to lead a team, Planning, and multitasking
Attach or follow Service Technician to check their job performance
Able to speak English and prepare reports
MS Excel and Words
MUST :
Experience in solving clients complaint.
Face to face experiences in coordinate with customer
