JOB DESCRIPTION Requirements:
» Manage the requirements of the Facilities M&E operation, Safety, Quality & Environmental management System.
» Review, optimize and provide technical evaluation on Dry Utilities system(Compressed Dry Air, Gasses ,vacuum and exhaust system).
» Lead maintenance and operation team on day to day utilities operation.
» Manage staff performance levels.
» Improve staff management policies & procedures.
» Ensure that all staff on the account are motivated & performing to the best of their abilities.
» Maintain positive customer relationships.
» Monitoring and ensuring that all services are delivered according to agreed KPIs.
» Ensure procedure and contract management are adhered to.
» Conducting audits and inspection for facilities related matters at site. Requirements:
» Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
» Preferable with at least 5 years related working practice as service provider in Facilities management.
» Good leadership abilities skill and result oriented.
» Able to work with minimum supervision.
» Strong expertise of technical aspect of mechanical plant utilities system.
» Familiar with variety of technical concept, practices and procedures.
» Candidate to be located in Melaka.
» Possess own Transport and accommodation
» Full time position available
