SUMMARY OF ROLE
To work closely with process engineer, integration engineer & etc to improve system performance such as Yield, OEE, Cost & etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Engages and works closely with manufacturing supervisors/specialists, process and equipment technicians to resolve daily line issues and line sustaining
Provides first level engineering support for equipment issues and involves in engineering projects such as cost reduction, OEE improvement, second sourcing, yield & reliability improvement and new line/equipment startup.
Reviews equipment's data log, errors & SPC to ensure equipment are always in control and develop necessary PM procedures, OCAPs and etc.
Provides Equipment and PM Technicians capability improvement, and plans for training programs
RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS * Degree (B.S. / B.Eng.) or higher. Prefer to be major in photovoltaic, electrical engineering, physics, chemical engineering, material science or related field
Experience in wafer cell manufacturing, wafer fabrication or PV Cells/Module manufacturing background preferred.
Basic understanding of problem solving tools (FMEA, 5 whys, 8D & etc), systematic approach with a quality mindset.
Ability to think out of the box, perform risk analysis and mitigation and manage changes
Good team player with good communication and negotiation skills
