JOB DESCRIPTION functions & Job responsibilities:
» To lead and maximize restaurant sales, profit, customer and operational efficiencies through effective people management.
» Help in building people capabilities in recruitment, selection and training.
» Coordinate and direct restaurant operations staffing functions in each department.
» Play an integral function in delivering good customer service.
» Analytical thinking.
» Able to lead, coach and supervise a delivery business team.
Requirements:
» Degree or Diploma in any discipline (preferably in any F&B related courses).
» Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English.
» Pleasant personality with the capability to work independently.
» Strong leadership abilities, energetic, organized and self-motivated.
» Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
» Candidates with SPM/STPM/Certificate min 1-2 years practices in food service industry will also be considered.
