Do you have a strong analytic work methodology and good problem solving skills? Then we are looking for you! As a Product Engineer at Infineon, you will contribute to the development and production ramp up of new products for Automotive devices, focusing on automotive body power applications.
In your new role you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Closely collaborate with production, test engineering and design in order to identify possible weaknesses of the product, the test program and/or the assembly/fabrication process during development and production ramp up
Ensure manufacturability of products by yield, fail pareto and test coverage analysis
Analyze root cause of deviations from production targets as quality, performance or cost
Ramp new products and rapidly bring-up test yield
Take responsibility for special lot clearance and actively manage associated risks
Strengthen the competitiveness of our volume products with continuous product optimization and efficiency improvements
Your profileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience in lab bench measurement equipments (oscilloscope, multimeter, function generator, sourcemeter).
Experience in VBA, LabVIEW or MATLAB (hardware/equipment programming).
Sound knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation.
Good aptitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solution finding.
More than 2 years' experience in Semiconductor Product Engineering and/or Device Testing, but fresh entry is also welcomed to apply.
