JOB DESCRIPTION In your new function you will:
» Be in a global middleware service operation team, responsible for 2nd to 3rd level system operation and maintenance of mission critical manufacturing workflow systems (WFS) for production sites in Europe and Asia.
» Execute incident management (detection, troubleshooting, response, recovery) according to SLA, problem management (root cause investigation, avoidance), event management (monitoring and alert) for global WFS systems.
» Be responsible for availcapability, reliable operation and fast recovery of global WFS services via 24x7 rotational on-call support.
» Support product testing , perform pre-production tests and production release and deployment of WFS.
» Perform WFS system setup, upgrades, maintenance together with Information technology and WFS clients (users), via operational or project tasks.
» Provide usage, troubleshooting and consultation/education of WFS to its clients (users)
» Support evaluation and implementation of future workflow solution for the manufacturing EAI WF service.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
» Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information technology or equivalent.
»1 to 3 year industrial practice in operating and maintaining Information technology middleware, systems or applications on Microsoft Windows Server environment. practice with Oracle RDBMS, preferably also MS SQL Server, proficient with SQL.
» expertise or practice of shell scripting , object-oriented software development with C# and .NET Framework.
» expertise about complete software lifecycle.
» capability to understand complex systems. Strong analytical and problem solving expertise .
» Professional level of written and spoken English, effective and efficient technical and non-technical communications.
» Familiarity or expertise about ITIL service operation management, preferably ITIL Foundation certified. Good To Have
» practice with Windows server administration, Team Foundation Server.
» expertise or practice in Microsoft Workflow Foundation (WF) 4.0+, Windows Communication. Foundation (WCF), Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
» Familiarity with messaging middleware (E.g. TIBCO Rendezvous, ZeroMQ, IBM MQ).
» practice executing or supporting test management.
