JOB DESCRIPTION tasks & Job responsibilities:
1. Take charge of project development implementation including practiccapability planning and study, design management and construction management.
2. Responsible for full aspects of engineering and technical requirements.
3. Responsible for site measurement and assessment of works and keep the site records.
4. Ensure construction jobs are completed on time and to the specification and job required quality.
5. Attend meetings and assist in the preparation of progress report.
6. To cross check drawings, method statements, shop drawings, documents for discrepancy, prepare work program,
method statements and etc.
7. contact with contractors and sub-contractors and consultants.
Requirements:
1. Candidates must possess Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Contruction Management or equivalent.
2. Able to read and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa
3. Over 3 years' working experince in similar position
4. Excellent interpersonal expertise
5. Independent, highly organised, dynamic and resourceful.
