Job description
In your new role you will:
Responsible for process sustaining and improvement (yield, quality and delivery). Responsible for Quality Lead for leadless & leaded packages.
Performing various DOEs for line/product stability and improvement with statistical data. (DMAIC, 5 Why, 4M, FTA and etc..) and handling of abnormal lot (e.g: DDM, MRB).
Leading & driving the improvement projects: NLoP, QIP, Line sustaining improvement projects.
Process documentation (e.g: Process spec, FMEA, failure catalogue, buildsheet and etc.)
Execute assigned Quality Improvement Project and lead FAR
Participate on Quality improvement projects such as NLoZD Die Bond and audit validation on related process.
Leverage collaboration with Equipment Engineer, Development and PJM for processes and equipment performances improvement
Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you :
Min 3 years of working experience
Statistical data analysis, analytical and problem solving skills especially at die bonding or FOL process.
Flux dipping bonding and diffusion bonding knowledge is required
Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly
Systematic Problem Solving methodology e.g. 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fish Bond…etc
Good knowledge and skills in production area
