One of the leading Multi-national semiconductor company in Malacca is seeking for a Head of Quality to lead and oversee the entire Quality team.
Your new role
To lead and manage the entire quality department of the company ( Incoming Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Failure Analysis, Reliability Engineering, FA, Reliability, Quality System) with high degree of efficiency so as to provide quality control to support business goals.
Establish and maintain the facility quality assurance system according to the relevant quality principles, internal and external regulations and standards and fulfilment of specific customer requirement.
To be the point of escalation with customer complaints.
What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge in Quality System tools ISO9000 / TS 16949 / UL / CSA / BABT / VDE / CQC
An ability to lead the entire team of quality experts
Must come from manufacturing and operations background
Must possess strong leadership capability
