In your new role you will:
New Product Introduction (NPI) / Process Integration to enable product released from development to mass manufacturing mode with all manufacturing factors being factored and integrated
Capable to identify opportunity from all processes to achieve productivities including process / work method / material change if necessary
Responsible in Transfer project like product / process transfer to/from Melaka with include manufacturing efficiency/ procedures/ specification / documentation
To lead/support focus/improvement team to achieve quality stability
To assist supervisor on coordinating and executing improvement project include production ramp
To moderate all 8D and ensure effectiveness of corrective action
Monitor process/package performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performance
Your profileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:
Degree in Science / Engineering
Experience in wafer dicing and die pick up in semiconductor processes
Experience and understand systematic problems solving methodology and use of FMEA/SPC/DOE/MSA.
Good in utilizing power point to perform technical presentation including communication
