Job Descriptions
Scope of responsibilities:
To manage activities of receiving goods from suppliers base on delivery schedules provided by procurement department
To ensure all goods coming in to company have been checked and confirmed by Quality department before issuance to production.
Responsible to assure effective stock control by ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and perform cycle counting effectively based on schedule
Responsible in preparation of the monthly stock audit and stock audit report for store
Responsible to coordinate with Purchasing Department to return defective goods after receiving which has been rejected by QC department
Implement & maintain 5S & Safety at work place.
To attend daily production meeting to ensure all the required material are available in store as per production planning.
Perform material preparation- “Kitting” in advance before the start of production and trigger for any material shortages issue for immediate action.
Work closely with procurement department to ensure material issues are resolve effectively
Assuring that the ISO 9000 quality standard are maintain at all time.
Preparing report s as required by Management.
Lead and monitor all employee in the store section
Responsible on canopy and mini bungee issuance and tracking on daily basis to ensure it meet production schedule.
To carry out any other responsibilities which are required by management in future.
Job Requirements
Qualification:-
Certificate/ SPM with 3 years in manufacturing or related field.
Able to lead a team.
Good communications
Knowledge in quality control procedure and ISO:9000 standard.
Good computer knowledge ie Ms Office ( words, excel, etc )
High level of discipline and integrity
For Malaysian only.
