JOB DESCRIPTION In your new function you will:
» Responsible for drive productivity year-over-year improvement in PLA segment.
» Be responsible for Segment Personnel productivity improvements and NLoP program
» Define Best-Can-Do (BCD) cost for key package with external/subcond benchmark.
» Drive personnel Efficiency within segment thru DMAIC approaches, BPI (cross segment/cross Modules).
» Interface between cross segment IE and others Infineon plant.
» Provide technical guidance to IE Engineers (basic data). Deployment of IE tools and new method study, data collection for PE projects
» Define TCR and LTCR (5 Years) P,C,M Productivity improvement roadmap, hosting in NLoP workshop (Development, Operation)
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
» Degree or Master’s in Engineering (Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering/ Automation Engineering)
» Minimum 8 to 10 years of related semiconductor assembly practice in Industrial Engineering / Planning /Automation.
» practice in work study, productivity driving and headcount modeling
» Excellent communications expertise, must be self-motivated and a team player
» capability to interface, convey ideas / suggestions and manage conflict constructively
» Strong project management and leadership abilities expertise
