JOB DESCRIPTION
Report directly to Head of Preferred Segment Manager.
To manage and grow the upper mass affluent segment of consumer banking business.
To drive Region's sales budget and business growth in upper mass affluent segment.
To provide lateral support to Preferred and Retail branches on customer base and to meet the sales target of core products.
To monitor and evaluate sales performance of Preferred Relationship Managers.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or related Professional Degree.
Minimum of 3 years similar position in consumer banking or other related sales and marketing experience.
Strong leadership and proven record in managing a group of Relationship Managers.
Self starter, proactive and possess sales drive in sales management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good in computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office and ability to analyse financial reports & statistics.
