Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia is recruiting on behalf of a leading international technology support company that specialises in the semiconductor industry. Our client is an exciting company looking to hire talented individuals interested in industry-leading innovation. Our respected client is seeking a professional with a degree in electronics, communications engineering or equivalent and at least 4 years of technical practice in the semiconductor IC testing industry, for the job of Staff Application Engineer . The job itself is located in Melaka, servicing client in Muar.
Job Job responsibilities:
Provide application consultation for Advantest’s SOC test systems to our customers during various phases of the sales process including requirements analysis, feature demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive positioning, and implementation.
Work together with Advantest’s Technical Experts and R&D in providing and implementing the leading-edge testing solutions to customers in the testing for their Digital/Mixed-Signal/RF SOC(System-on-Chip) devices.
Deliver the best test-cell solution which includes load board / probe card design, test program development and benchmark to customers.
May need to deliver customer training classes and specialized training for our customers’ engineers with South East Asia region.
May need to travel within and outside Malaysia, for critical projects or expertise transfer for our customers.
Acting as the contact point for technical escalation as well as coordinating with local and overseas counterparts in resolving key issues.
Key job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent practice.
Programming practice in writing software program in (C/C++/Java) is required.
Related practice in semiconductor IC testing field is preferred.
Communicates well in both written and spoken form.
Proficiency in written and spoken English
