» Facility Management.
» Responsible for the new building project deliverable such cost, schedule, quality and any other.
» Operates and manages Operation and management IFX facilities.
» Plans, controls and directs real estate property and asset activities.You are best equipped for this task if you have:
» Degree in Engineering Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electro-Mechanical or other significant field with demonstrated capcapability in this field.
» 5 years related in facilities engineering, 3 years related in facilities management.
» Strong expertise and working practice with sound project management systematic.
» Effective communication and team player.
» 8D methodology which cover all root cause analysis tools, 7 QC tools and also decision making.
» Effective communication and team player.
» Project Management certification preferred.
