» Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
» Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
» At least 3 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
» Required Skill(s): Engineering, Microsoft Office – MS Project, Word, PowerPoint Excel,
» Required professional membership - PMP/PRINCE2 Certification
» Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
» Independent problem solving, negotiation and decision making and time-management skills.
» capability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities and specific time constraints
» skills in manufacturing basics including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools. RESPONSIBILITIES
» Lead a team and deliver cross-functional projects to develop and implement new programs and process improvements.
» Establish project management methodologies
» Scope multiple parallel projects and set specified timelines for deliverables.
» Manage project schedules, progress and costs to ensure results are delivered on time and within budget.
» Use a rigorous risk identification and mitigation process on an on-going basis.
» Ensure that risk related costs are included in project budgets and forecasts.
» Ensure that risk consideration is incorporated into project schedules.
» Adjust, update and communicate project plans as needed
» Report projects regularly with the management
» Work closely with end-users to understand business objectives to scope projects appropriately
» Present and lead conversations about projects, issues, solutions, and strategy to senior leaders.
» Provide functional skills to assess potential financial and operational impact of projects or issues.
» Develop & deploy communications and training materials that support project implementation
» Collaborate with other leaders/managers to share best practices towards operational excellence.
