JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities: » To assist Production Executive in managing and leading a team of Production Operator in meeting production schedule and target without any compromising the quality of the product. » To responsible for coordinating internal and external training for all operator besides maintaining a hard copy and soft copy of training records. » To responsible for production planning analysis as well as expecting incoming material and inventory control. » Responsible in early preparation and issuing material or parts required for the manufacturing job to meet everyday production schedule on time. » To contact with Planning Department on customer delivery requirement and work closely with QC managers to meet customer specifications. » To responsible for providing engineering support to production & process to sustain and improve production yield, quality and process cycle time. » To prepare and submit everyday and summary reports on production output, number of rejects, parts claim, shipment and parts inventory to superior timely. To keep proper inventory records for all rejected stock and parts. » To maintain a close rapport with staff and conduct everyday appraisal and counseling of production operators to ensure that their attitude, approach and working spirit towards work are maintained to highest level. » To supervise and train the line leader on job assigned. » to execute any other related or similar tasks as required or assigned by superior.
Requirement: » Minimum diploma / degree in Electronics / Electrical or equivalent. » Minimum 2-3 years working practice in manufacturing. » Good leadership abilities with interpersonal, managery and communicating expertise. » Good planning and co-ordination expertise. » Computer literate.
