JOB DESCRIPTION Essential tasks and Responsibilities :- Warehouse Operation :- » Effectively manage large amount of incoming calls » To ensure FIFO is being practice in the warehouse to avoid ageing stocks that can cause losses to the company. » To ensure the warehouse practice stocks item re-packing should there be any needs as to avoid the items become ageing,damage or dirty. » Develop & implement an excellence logistic operation thru constant improvement on work processes and procedure, KPI driven, reporting and monitoring. » To develop, maintain and review policies and procedure in logistic operation against industry best practice and maintain competitive logistic cost. » To prepare everyday orders and liase with production should any of the items runs below the minimum stock level and update the management accordingly. » Prepare and complete sales orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule. » To arrange delivery schedule for all the orders effectively. All orders should be supplied out not more then 48 hours from the date of orders. » To assist in periodical stock counts for the warehouse Department and to assure the variances is low. » To highlight any stocks which is slow moving to sales Department for immediate action. » To coordinate stocks receiving process for other department and inform the respective department on the items received by the warehouse. » To manage inbound and outbound according to the company SOP. » To update the stocks movement everyday in the system. » capability to multi task, prioritise and manage time effectively » Assure all warehouse equipments and verhicle is in good condition at all time. » Advice the management on any equipment/fixture which is not in order and recomand for replacement. » Keep the warehouse area clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation. » To ensure good 5S implementation and schedule 5S audit in the working area. » Carry Our Quarterly KAIZEN in the working area. Customer Service Operation :- » Effectively manage large amount of incoming calls » Build sustainable relationship of trust thought open and interactive communication with internal & External customer. » Provide accurate, valid and complete information to internal as well as external customer. » Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions to internal as well as external customer. » Excellent communication and presentation expertise » capability to multi task, prioritise and manage time effectively » Prepare and complete sales orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule. » Issue GRN for all Damage goods received by Internal & External customer and submit to Sales Department for further action. » Issue a GRN for wrong orders or short supply items to Finance for CN processes. Education and/Or Work practice Requirements :- » Excellent verbal and written communication expertise, including capability to effectively communicate with Internal & External customer. » Excellent Computer proficiency (Ms Office – Work,Excel and outlook) » Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadline, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary to the warehouse staffs. » Able to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of the instruction given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices. » In the event where warehouse operation is facing problem after the working hour, you are require to get back to warehouse to get the problem solve. » To assist the warehouse staffs in any periodical stocks counts process until the process is fully completed. » Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/ “O” Level, Highier Secondary / STPM / “A” Level / Pre-U, any field. Preference will be given to those with Marketing related background. » Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia/Chinese, English » At least 3 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position. » Full-Time position(s) available.
