JOB DESCRIPTION » practice in partial or full sets of accounts - AP/ AR/ GL/ Inventory » Assist in month end closing » Management of petty cash transaction » Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate. » Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies » Creating and updating expense reports » Processing reimbursement forms » Participate in quarterly and annual audits » Preparation of monthly reports » Responsibilities Monthyl Actual / Forecast Products costing analysis variance reporting and cost control. » Raw Materials / Finished goods, work in progress stock valuation. » Assist in sourcing for supplies; negotiate pricing and place order with selected suppliers/vendors. » Fixed Assets control » Perform project cost analysis » Any other ad-hoc projects
