Job Summary Team Assistant for Department CDWJ Position only for Woman Have own transport Willing to work overtime Candidate without Resume / CV will be disqualified Responsibilities and Duties Perform all updating, filing and ensure that all document control records are kept in proper place. To compile and submit OT, attendance and leave form for Production staff to HR by daily basic. Issue PR for Production department by monthly basis. To control and order stationary for Production department. Participates in 5S activities. To update graph of cycle time monitoring by monthly basis. Initiative in making attendance observations as information in improving work. Qualifications and Skills Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or Science Computer or relevant 1-2 years working experience.
