Position Summary:
To be a desktop office automation analyst and helping in software development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Support help desk,DOA maintain and document software functionality
-Provides 1st or 2nd level DTS incident management and request fulfillment
-Provide support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems to the end-users, maintaining centrally defined guidelines and rules
-Responsible for software analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and on-going support of the applications
-To develop and perform programming and systems analysis tasks independently
Document SOPs, training materials, guidelines for the team as required.
-Sharepoint portal migration and developing.
-Develop MDF e-log system
Qualification / Education :
Diploma/Degree Undergraduate in IT related field
Required Experience:
PC Troubleshooting and software programming
Knowledge /Skills :
-Basic computer skills
-Basic programming skill
