ORG Resources Sdn Bhd offers a wide range of recruitment and staffing solutions to suit the needs of our clients, viz :- Permanent Placement and Executive Search Temporary Staffing Contract Staffing and Administration Payroll Services HR Solutions NPI Manager - Masjid Tanah Melaka (Masjid Tanah , Melaka ) Job Descriptions Job Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of NPI who are responsible for new product transfer Liaise/coordinate with internal functional representatives (Product Core Team) and customers, where necessary, with the aim of securing timely and seamless new program transfer to HVM Lead Product Core Team to resolve expeditiously issues/obstacles that will derail programs Work and communicate with all levels of people to ensure clarity of programs and goals, including key timelines Ensure all lessons learned are properly documented and passed on to all such that there is no recurrence of similar problems/issues Update management on new product transfer status/progress as necessary Lead of NPI team in the factory Accountable to the factory Managing Director and Corporate NPI Director on meeting new program schedules and deliverables (KPIs – yield, scrap, cost, quality, etc) Ensure smooth and successful transfer of new programs to HVM, this includes meeting all the KPIs, such as yield, scrap, quality (Cpk, dppm, etc), locked down processes Lead the FA audit / new program process audit to meet customer requirements Job Requirements Competency – Knowledge & Skill1 Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline or minimum 2 years in similar field. PMP certification preferred Technically competent and knowledgeable on ISO 9001, correlation, GR&R , SPC, QC 7 tools, geometry, quality plan, product process and clean room knowledge Personal capability – professional conduct by :a.
