JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities:- » Manage the overall sales operations of Malacca Branch; » Develop and execute effective sales plan and sales strategies to achieve the branch sales target; » Engage and develop good relationships with customers and assist Sales Advisor to close sales; » Assist in the planning and implementation of sales promotions, customers retention and development; » Recruit , lead, train and guide sales team to carry out all sales activities and to ensure the Sales Advisor achieve their individual sales target; » To schedule and assign showroom tasks for all sales personnel; » Plan and organise periodical roadshows; » To consistently look for ways to improve and expand customer base to increase sales; » To provide pre and post sales information and support to potential and existing customers; » To take on any other ad hoc projects as and when assigned. Requirements:- » Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or equivalent discipline; » At least 5 years of working practice in sales of commercial vehicles; » practice in managing and motivating sales personnel; » Strong negotiation and communication expertise; » Proficient in English both written and spoken and capability to speak any of the Chinese dialects would be advantageous; » Aggressive, ambitious and result oriented; » Self-motivated and able to work independently; » candidates must be willing to work in Malacca.
