In your new role you will:
Carry out programming tasks for eArchive including Request for Change (RfC) like bug fixing and enhancements or projects by follow development guideline. Assist operations team and application owner by providing a fix or workaround as needed. Perform root cause analysis and provide a solution. Provide technical consultation (e.g. application design/development, effort estimation) based on business user requirements and best fit for system operations. Perform quality assurance activities (e.g. prepare test cases, unit testing, code review). Work closely with Application Owner and project team to ensure solution is delivered within scope, budget and timeline. Provide technical documentation (e.g. technical specification, development guidelines etc). Participate in the application deployment and release process including packaging codes and deployment steps.You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology. 1 - 2 years working experience in IT related field. Knowledge in pogramming like Java, Java script, PowerShell script. Good knowledge in Web-based programming including JSP, HTML, XML, ASP.NET, C#, Strong in Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns Oracle database knowledge (SQL developer or PL-SQL developer), xDB (Squirrel SQL) Experience in designing, developing, and deploy web applications/component using Java EE platforms. Basic knowledge in project management and requirements gathering. Strong communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills. Fast learner, self-driven & team player.
