Purchasing Executive - Xinyi Solar (M) Sdn Bhd - Jasin
Preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies.
Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products.
Ensuring on-time delivery of the purchased item/material.
Source, select and negotiate for the purchase package in term of quality, price, terms, deliveries and service with suppliers.
Monitor and coordinate with internal department.
Maintain good partnership with supplier to ensure flawless support.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
Well-versed in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels.
Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, multi-task and independently.
Good communication skills - fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese.
Excellent in interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Able to complete task within timeline given.
1-2-year experience in this related field are required.
