Job description In your new role you will: Leading yield analysis and identify top defects and yield potentials Responsible to deliver concise and precise information, proposal and moderate decisions with stakeholders for high impact and complex issues under pressing situations. Leadership role in people development. Responsible for developing Technical Ladder target tree of the process within Segment. Encourage open dialog with all interfaces including internal / external customers, stakeholders, team members, and support functions to drive towards high performing team. Actively manage and monitoring all the identified yield imp. projects Setup clear organization RnR and RACI in the line-organization and interfaces.
Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: ~10 years of operations/quality/production/engineering experiences in semiconductor manufacturing Expert in assembly processes and broad knowledge in overall Semiconductor Frontend and Backend processes Critical thinking and Problem solving skills Delegation, Planning and Organizing skills Ability to coach and leading highly technical experts Good communication skills and influencing power Part of your life.
