Job description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
» Handle general ledger transactions, prepare balance sheets schedule and everyday cash flow, plus maintain the fixes asset register and payable sub-ledger.
» Supervise monthly closing and everyday accounting activities.
» Prepare monthly reporting for HQ to management.
» Review of bank, creditors and debtors reconciliation statements.
» Monthly GST submission.
» Provide guidance to AR/AP accounts agent.
» Processs rate management
» Management of interco transfer pricing
» Project product costing inclusive MM(MM01), price update(MR21), cost roll (CK11N) and GP analysis report for ind project
» Monthly and quarterly review on standard price & GP analysis report for all projects
» Quarterly review on raw material and component price revaluation
» Managing and supporting the inventory control & quarterly stock count
» Management on licapability stocks
» Weekly / Monthly efficiency variance analysis
» Monitoring on time inventory posting to SAP system including all the GR/GI/Transfer posting etc - carry out weekly checking on SAP system against prod flow slip, DO and MRF
» Monitoring process flow for each inventory posting is carry out by operation team
» Internal control procedures, workflow and policies
» support monthly mgt reporting - cost analysis if any
» Monthly GRIR clearing, PPV analysis, inventory listing and aging report, Settlement of Order / WBS (monthly) - production variance analysis incl consumption and efficiency variance , etc.
» Any other ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
» Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
» expertise of SAP will be an added advantage
» At least 2 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
» Bilingual in English and Mandarin .
» Full set Accounting & Costing concept.
» Meticulous & able to meet assigned deadlines
» Hardworking & able to work independently
