Job responsibilities:
» Provide good management of resources to meet production schedules, productivity and quality goals.
» Provide support and assistance to the adjunct Factory Manager in ensuring smooth running of factories’ operation.
» Able to work closely with adjunct Factory Manager in analyzing, planning, and scheduling the utilization of facilities, equipments, raw materials, work process and manpower to improve the efficiency of production’s operation.
» Ensure compliance to ISO 9001, ISO22000, HACCP and Halal procedures & standard.
» supervises warehouse operation.
Requirements:
» Degree in Food Science & Technology/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
» At least 5 years practice in managing everyday production operation preferably in food industry.
» practice as Management Representative is an added advantage.
» expertise in safety and health regulation, Factories and Machineries Act and Environment Quality Act.
» expertise in ISO 9001, ISO22000, HACCP and Halal procedures & standard
» Good Communication expertise with leadership abilities qualities.
» Self motivated, analytical, mature and a good team player.
