Duties and Responsibilities 1) Support help desk, maintain and document software functionality 2) Provides 1st or 2nd level Service Desk incident management and request fulfillment 3) Provide support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems to the end-users, maintaining centrally defined guidelines and rules 4) Responsible for software analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and on-going support of the applications 5) To develop and perform programming and systems analysis tasks independently 6) Document SOPs, training materials, guidelines for the team as required.
