Essential duties & responsibilities
Assist integration engineer in data collection, data analysis, report compilation and yield improvement projects. Conduct tool observation, process isolation and process experiment to improve yield. Prepare Engineering documentation tasks and production audit flow.
Related experience & education requirements
Currently pursuing Degree/Diploma in Manufacturing / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical Engineering. Basic understanding in physics, mathematic and chemical knowledge. Basic understanding in mechanical drawing, pneumatic and electrical connection diagram.
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
