Job description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibility:
» Supervise everyday activities of production (Plastic Injection Molding / Assembly).
» Control of production output, quality and machine downtime.
» Ensure operators comply to operation standard.
» Ensure corrective action is implemented.
» Ensure proper identification and segregation of accepted and rejected goods at the production line.
» Ensure intruction from superior is being carry out.
» Manage technicians and production personnel.
» Assign operators to the machine or task.
» Ensure training of production personnel.
» Handle operator grievances and find solutions to their problems.
» Ensure proper and good housekeeping.
» Generate everyday production report and perform filling of related records.
» Comply to QMS, EMS / OHS requirements and procedures.
» Perform other tasks as assigned by superior. Requirement
» Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
» Required skill(s): MS Office. Team Management
»Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English ( Able to communicate with China employees)
»At least 2 year(s) of working practice in the Plastic Injection Molding is required for this position and able handling of injection machine.
»Able run Shift.
» candidates must be willing to work in Penang Science Park,Simpang Ampat.
» Preferably Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
