» Be in a global middleware service operation team, responsible for 2nd to 3rd level system operation and maintenance of mission critical enterprise service bus and messaging middleware solutions for production sites in Europe , Asia and America.
» Execute incident management (detection, troubleshooting, response, recovery) according to SLA , problem management (root cause investigation, avoidance), event management (monitoring and alert) for global ESB systems and services.
» Support ESB product and middleware solutionstesting , change and release management .
» Perform ESB system setup , maintenance , upgrades , together with IT, via operational or project tasks.
» Be responsible for availcapability , reliable operation and fast recovery of global ESB and middleware services via 24x7 rotational on-call support.
» Provide usage, troubleshooting and consultation / education of ESB and middleware solutions to its users.
» Perform minor software development , enhancement and bug fixing on monitoring & operation tools.You are best equipped for this task if you have:
» Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information technology or equivalent.
»1 to 3 years of industrial practice in operating and maintaining Information technology middleware , systems or applications on Microsoft Windows Server or Unix environment. Preferably 2 to 3 years of significant 2nd or 3rd level support practice
»expertise or practice of Windows Server, Unix (HP-UX, Linux, Solaris) and VMS operating systems
»expertise or practice of shell scripting, object-oriented software development with C/C++, Java, C# and .NET Framework.
» expertise or practice of Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server RDBMS, proficiency with SQL
»expertise or practice of data networking and communications, messaging protocols and frameworks (E.g., TCP, UDP, message queue, SOAP, REST, FTP, web service, WCF)
»Familiarity with messagingmiddleware (E.g. TIBCO Rendezvous, ZeroMQ, IBM MQ)
» expertise about complete software lifecycle.
» capability to understand complex systems . Strong analytical and problem solving expertise.
»Professional level of written and spoken English , effective and efficient technical and non-technical communications.
» Familiarity or expertise about ITIL service operation management, preferably I TIL Foundation certified
