In your new role you will:
Participate and provide support/consultation to departments
Responsible for Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) matters for special program/scheme [eg Dual Vocational Training (DVT), upgrade training facilities)
Support training administration for tasks not handled by Service Center
Support activities of industrial exposure matters [eg Lecturer Attachment Program, Structured Internship Program (SIP), High-Eng Industry Graduate Internship Program (HEIGIP), Final Year Project]
Assist in audit management, supply training information as required
Conduct training program whenever relevant or necessary
Review and support the HR policies, procedures, guidelines, BCG, customer & legal requirements
Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Minimum a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university, preferably in Human Resources. Post-graduate qualification in Learning & Development will be an advantage but degree in Engineering or other discipline can also be considered
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in HR or manufacturing or related field, experience in learning and development will be an added advantage
