JOB DESCRIPTION » To manage core financial reporting functions of the Property Development which includes financial & management reporting, financial planning and budgetary control, consolidation of accounts, treasury, tax management and financial related legal work.
» To provide strategic finance, investment analysis, budget preparation, cash flow planning, business performance review and ensure effective risk management practices.
» Any other ad hoc assignments as and when necessary.
Requirements
» Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
» Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
» At least 8 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
» Possess strong analytical and good planning expertise with good working expertise of accounting software and a member of MIAFull-Time position(s) available.
