In your new role you will:
Prepare and conduct the market compensation survey and benchmarking activities
Manage, administer and review compensation and benefits policies and programs to achieve external competitiveness and maintain internal equity
Conducting job analysis such as managing job evaluation and grading process to maintain an equitable and competitive job.
Review and design the salary structure to ensure market competitiveness.
Prepare and administer the annual income increase and promotion budget and manage company-wide annual performance review and salary adjustment exercise.
Review and propose new HR policies, procedures and guidelines.
Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor's Degree or professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources
8 years of relevant job experience
Good knowledge about HR processes and Systems.
Good knowledge about the complex compensation analysis and modeling
Good understanding about the market benchmarking practices
Good knowledge on Compensation concept and philosophy
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint.
Strong Problem Solving and decision-making skills
Possess good communication and leadership competencies.
