In your new role you will:
Accountable to be the key interface for segment on RP related topics.
Accountable to optimize / manage capacity utilization to minimize Cost.
Responsible for capacity ramp up of dedicated segments in Melaka plant to meet company Demand to Revenue (DtR) target.
Responsible for strategic/scenario planning for dedicated segments in Melaka plant.
Responsible for TCR/ LTCR coordination and support to dedicated segments in Melaka plant.
Responsible for mobilizing equipment's across Modules.
Responsible for all consolidated segment reporting.
Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
MBA qualification will be an added advantage.
Degree/Master/PhD in Engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Microelectronics, etc) or others discipline. * Preferred with minimum of 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry, in particular experience in industrial engineering and operations planning.
In depth analytical and problem solving skills to develop action and solutions.
Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly.
