STORE CLERK - MEDIVEST SDN BHD - Alor Gajah

  • Responsible to manage all activities related to Store Administration and purchasing functions, administration of On-Site Library and other office general administration functions.
  • Manage receipt and storage of equipment, spare parts, materials or related items in a storeroom.
  • Ensure that items are appropriately marked or tagged for identification purposes.
  • Maintains receipts, records and withdrawals.
  • Ensure regular stock check are made on materials, supplies and inventories are maintained at agreed levels.
  • Check inventory records for accuracy.
  • Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes.
  • Preparation, verification and process of purchase request, invoices, bills, vouchers from suppliers and collection payment of reimbursable work from hospitals.
  • Contacts vendors and suppliers for quotations, and follows up on outstanding purchase orders.
  • Maintaining information and records of vendors and suppliers.
  • Edits purchase request, maintain files and records of materials, prices, inventories, and deliveries.
  • To assist Administrative Assistance in handling all General Administration such as leasing, office equipment, office system communication, office safety system, vehicle, insurance and license, water and electricity, hand phone , telephone, fax machine, courier and post services.
  • To assist Administrative Assistant in charge of all correspondence at Service Centre. This include filing, faxing and keeping all the documents according to ISO requirements.
  • Involve in Quality, Safety and Health and Environment program and activities at site.
  • Highlight any irregularities, customers’ grievances, complaints and dissatisfaction; providing feedback to management.
  • Inculcate harmonious relationship with customers and built good rapport with all the Hospital Personnel; and enhance Company’s image by providing high quality services.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: RM1,400.00 to RM1,700.00 /month
